HealthMaster Complaint – Why Won’t It Turn On?

The lid is sometimes difficult to lock or take off. There are a number of reasons for this. First, it is important that the lid is locked properly. If the lid were not on, your hand could be accidentally in the pitcher when it’s turned on. Also, if you already have food in there and forget to turn on the lid, the food could make a mess on your counter and cabinets. By ensuring the lid is on for the Health Master to work, these accidents can be avoided.

Also, there is an inner rubber tube on the lid that helps to avoid hot soups or sauces from splashing out of the sides so you do not get burnt. All this can make it a little difficult to slide open and closed. A good trick is to rim the inner edge with a little olive oil. This will help it turn easier. EDAMAME HUMMUS - Serves 18
• 1 16-ounce bag edamame
• 1 15-ounce can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
• 2 cloves garlic, peeled
• 1/4 lemon
• 2 tablespoons tahini
• 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
• 1/4 cup olive oil
Attach the pitcher to the base and add all ingredients. Secure and lock the lid and cap in place. Press the “on” button, then the “run” button; increase the speed to 4 and blend until creamy. Serve with whole-wheat pita.
Nutrition score per serving (4 tablespoons): 96 calories, 6g fat.
